Full-sized vending units ship on freight with liftgate-ready handling, while boxed accessories and replacement parts move by standard ground delivery. Each order is packed to protect the equipment during transit.

From freight arrival to signed receipt

Confirm freight arrival
Match the carrier's bill of lading to your order before the driver leaves, so every unit and box is accounted for.

Handle at the dock
Use the liftgate and an appropriate pallet jack for full-sized machines, and keep boxed accessories grouped by order.

Verify the bill of lading
Check item counts and package labels against the bill of lading, and note any discrepancy on the signed paperwork.

Inspect on delivery
Look over each machine and accessory for visible damage, dents, or cracked panels, and report issues promptly.
